3D STANDS

Great for archery clubs or the backyard archer these stands make 3D target setup and moving a breeze. They are also great for placing targets in loose soil where a standard ground stake wont hold. Broad width will  stabilize even large targets. To save you money on shipping we are selling these in sets of 3 pair(6pc.) for $139.95 shipped.

Tab Kits

Dan has been years in developing tabs and has settled on a design. Its thickness is adjustable, it is slick, durable and lays flat against your hand keeping it out of the way for a tight anchor.
Check them out in our Accessories page!! The two finger tab also comes with a instructional page on the Dan Toelke two finger method.

New Riser Option!

We are now using some stabilized hardwoods, our first run is some highly figured Maple. Stabilizing gives us the ability to add a nice amount of weight, increase strength and to tint the entire piece of wood! For now we have different shades of brown, this photo is a nice representation of this new option.

Replacement strings

We build all of our strings for our bows, we will also build replacement strings for any Toelke bow. Replacements are $20 with cat whisker silencers and shipping is Free.

Our strings are built Endless Loop style in our own fashion. We recomend fast flight for our bows and for mid to light weight bows we use eight strands of a quality, durable bowstring. We recently switched to Crown for our center serving and to serve our padded end loops. I believe it is the toughest serving I have used.

We have worked hard to create a extremely durable string, a string that functions best for each bow model and want these string to be available to our customers!

To order, mail a personal check or PO money order to:
Dan Toelke
31345 lost creek lane
Ronan, MT 59864

Specifying what Toelke model and bow Length the strings are for. We do not provide bowstrings for other manufacturers bows.

Thank you,  Jared Toelke

64" H.S. WHIP

After many requests we have decided to do a 64" HS Whip as well as continuing our standard 64" Whip limb. We expect debate on which limb customers like most as we feel both limbs are great. The HS retains the feel that the Whip is known for while adding a new twist and performance edge.
The new limb likes to run a 1/4" higher brace than the standard limb. Brace with either has a outside spread of 7 1/4"to 8" depending on arrow weight and shooter. We look forward to hearing what our customers think.

Sincerely, Dan and Jared Toelke

The new brown from Gordon Composites

Gordon has been producing brown glass for years, unfortunately it tended to have a maroon/purple hue which for years has hurt its popularity. I am happy to say that Gordon has changed the color and it is a true brown. We  built a bow to see what we thought before advertising it and to be able to share pictures of a finished product. We are offering it in all bow models and Customers purchasing brown glass bows will save $100 of standard price.  Feedback would be great as we would like to judge how much interest there is in this option.

This Classic Whip is in our inventory and features a brown/rusty-orange Cocobolo riser, a good match with the new brown.

Let my Bamboo show

We typically use bamboo in all our bows, some customers choose to let bamboo show rather than use face veneers.  Our heat treated cane ranges from a light gold to a butterscotch. We have a large quantity of cane which allows us to choose the darker pieces for Bamboo faced bows.
Here are some photos showing some bamboo bows and how they look with different riser woods.
This bow is in our inventory and features a Mora riser.

This Chinook is in our current inventory,  It has a  quilted Myrtlewood Riser with Bocote accents.

Current inventory Whips featuring Cocobolo risers.

Extra touch

We strive to put a custom touch in everything we do,  for instance our take down limb bolts.  The bolts get to us and we totally re-work them. Starting with adding a coin slot for those times you forget your wrench. We then smooth them up and torch color each bolt one at a time for a individual look. The bezels are turned down smaller, re-shaped with more appealing lines, smoothed to 600grit and hit with a torch to get them to that nice dark brass color.

Wait time, inventory bows and lots of nice wood!

When we do have any spare time we are working on a few inventory bows that you can expect to see  popping up now and then. Most will be 52# or lighter as these are our biggest sellers. Those looking for a custom build can expect a 10 week or less wait, with most orders going out in the 6-8 week range!

We have been able to get some very nice exotic hardwood as well as some great US grown limb veneer options such as Spalted Maple and Myrtle. Please call or email for selection as it is always changing.

Warm weather is on its way and its time for outdoor target shooting and roving! Please take any opportunity to introduce young shooters to Traditional Archery as the future of our sport depends on it.

Happy Easter!

Turkey season will be here before you know it!

We offer some great choices for recurves that handle well in ground blinds.

The 52" Kestrel recurve offers a strung length of under 50"!
Accompanied by a smooth draw and great performance it is a first pick for many ground blind hunters.

The Chinook recurve boasts high tension, smooth draw and loads of power in a 56" or 58" package!
A very stable platform for any hunting style.

Our Lynx recurve In 58" or 60"  has a limb much like our Chinook.
It is a great choice on its own and leaves the option of longbow limbs when ordered or later on!
